Our culinary journey began in a humble upstate New York kitchen, nurturing a passion for simple, fresh ingredients and the warmth of home, which we now bring to every dish.

Our Story.

Our journey began in upstate New York, where my grandmother instilled in me a deep love for culinary traditions. From a tender age, I joined her in preparing Sunday family dinners featuring fresh pasta, meatballs, sausage, salad, and the aroma of freshly baked Italian bread. Her patient guidance had me rolling meatballs, stirring savory sauces, and kneading dough, all while enduring playful hand-slaps for sneak tastes.

It all began in a small kitchen in upstate new york. My grandmother would wake me up early every sunday morning to begin family dinner. We normally had fresh pasta, meatballs, sausage, salad, and of course fresh italian bread from the bakery. As soon as I could walk my grandmother had me rolling the meatballs, stirring the sauce, and kneading the dough. I loved every minute of it! Even when she used to slap my hands all day long when I would sneak a taste of pretty much everything on the counter. Her style of cooking was simple. Fresh ingredients slowly cooked to perfection. That is what we want everyone to experience when they come into al dente. A feeling of home. The smell of garlic and herbs in the air. A greeting that makes you smile and food that warms your heart and tummy.
